MARK FROM RIVERSIDECOMMUNITY

Member reviews and community rules

Last updated October 19, 2026

Share an honest account of your own experience to help fellow club members discover local businesses. All signed-in users can read approved reviews and favorite businesses. Active eligible cardholders can submit one review per business.

Keep reviews useful and respectful

Describe your visit accurately. Do not post harassment, hate, threats, sexual or violent material, private information, impersonation, spam, undisclosed promotional reviews, or content you do not have permission to share. Critical reviews and low ratings are allowed when they follow these rules.

Approval and changes

We check reviews before publication. Editing a review returns it for approval. You can delete your own review, including after your membership expires. Other members see the label “Club member,” not your account name or email. Administrators can review submissions and remove content that breaks these rules.

Report a concern

Choose Report review next to a published review and select a reason. Reports go privately to authorized moderators. We review reports promptly and may hide the review or suspend an abusive member from the review feature. Repeated or serious misuse may also lead to account restrictions, including bans or account deletion, under our terms. You can contact support to appeal an account action. Reporting does not automatically remove a review. To prevent abuse, the app accepts up to ten reports per account in 24 hours.

For urgent concerns, additional information, or an appeal, email support@markfromriverside.com and identify the business and review. Avoid sending passwords or authentication codes.

Block or unblock a member

Block member hides that author’s reviews across the app for your signed-in account. The member is not notified. Use Manage blocked members in a review section to reverse your choice. A personal block does not remove a review for other members.

Your data

Our privacy policy explains review, report, block, and suspension records and their deletion. See the terms of service for account rules.
