MARK FROM RIVERSIDESECURITY

Security and responsible disclosure

Last updated October 19, 2026

Mark From Riverside Club uses verified email accounts, encrypted connections, private profile-photo storage, row-level data access rules, authenticator MFA, and passkeys to protect member access.

Protect your account

Use a unique password, keep your email and social accounts secure, register more than one passkey when possible, and never share an authenticator code. Mark From Riverside Club support will never ask for your password, full payment-card number, or current MFA code.

Passkeys may use your device’s fingerprint, face recognition, PIN, or security key. The app receives authentication proof, not biometric images. Available methods depend on your device and registered credentials; MFA and passkeys must be configured on your account.

Devices and optional alerts

Sign out on devices you no longer use and review your registered sign-in methods. Phone alerts are optional; support will not ask you to enable them to prove ownership. If you suspect account misuse or need to appeal an account restriction, contact support. Authorized administrators can restrict accounts and retain limited safety records as explained in the privacy policy.

Lost access

Use a registered passkey from the MFA screen when available. For password access, use the reset link on the sign-in screen. If neither method works, contact support from the email address associated with the account.

Report a vulnerability

Email support@markfromriverside.com with “Mark From Riverside Club security report” in the subject. Include the affected page, steps to reproduce, impact, and a safe contact method. Do not access another user’s data, disrupt the service, or publish sensitive details while the report is being investigated.

Security incidents

If we confirm an incident affecting account data, we will contain it, preserve necessary records, and notify affected people when required.
