Delete your account and app data
Last updated October 19, 2026
You can delete your Mark From Riverside Club account in the app or request deletion here without installing or signing in to the app.
Request deletion by email
Email an account-deletion request to support@markfromriverside.com. Send it from your account email if possible and include the email associated with the account. If you no longer have access to that address, explain that in your message so support can help verify ownership. Do not send passwords, authenticator codes, or payment-card numbers.
Opening the email link does not submit your request; send the message from your email app. Support will verify ownership, confirm completion, or explain any additional steps and expected timing. You do not need to create another account to make a request.
Delete while signed in
Open Account → Delete account and app data, then follow the confirmation steps. Successful deletion removes your account without a waiting period. If an error appears, contact support rather than assuming deletion completed.
What is removed
Your authentication identities, app profile, registered security methods, submitted card photos, card-design preferences, account-linked favorites, saved events, scheduled reminders, registered phone-alert delivery, and submitted feature/bug reports are removed. Local favorites and notification data are cleared on the browser used for in-app deletion. Clear site data on other devices, or after an email-based request, to remove their local copies.
What remains separate
Account deletion does not cancel or refund a separately purchased card. Cards are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew. Separate purchase records, including purchase details and a one-way purchase-email hash, currently remain for support, recordkeeping, and possible matching of an eligible active purchase to a new verified account. The purchase-contact email held by the app is cleared for records linked to the deleted account; this does not erase independent seller records or the safety register below. A hash is not anonymous data. Complimentary access is not guaranteed to return.
Support messages and provider logs or backups are not erased immediately by the app’s deletion action. You may also request deletion of these records; support will review what can be deleted and explain any information that must be retained and why.
A deletion-confirmation email temporarily requires your email address in a restricted queue. The address is cleared after processing or within approximately 24 hours; delivery-status records remain for up to 30 days. Email providers may keep their own delivery records. See the privacy policy for details.
Reviews and safety records
Deleting your account removes your member reviews, reports you submitted, your blocking preferences, and any review suspension attached to your account. Reports attached to deleted reviews are also removed. A restricted safety register may retain the account name, email, account ID, administrator, action dates, status, and reason for bans or deletions. Operational audit identifiers can also remain; these records do not contain passwords, phone numbers, or stored photos. These records have no fixed automatic expiry. Contact support to request review of their retention. Separate support correspondence and provider backups follow the retention described in our privacy policy.
